21 Lost Gentleman Traditions that Still Apply Today OR Do they? In my current and hopefully last relationship, I enjoy 12 of the 21.  Sure, it could be a higher number; however, it could be lower too.  If I held out for all 21, I’m not sure if it would be worth it.  Maybe desiring to pull out my own chair, is part of the reason as to why I do not have more. In general men should not have to do any of this; however, if they choose to do any of the 21 things … then that is
