If All The Idiots Left The Villages

I have often wondered what the world would be like if no one ever committed a jerk move.  I am not talking about social faux pas, that a person simply does not know that they have committed….more on the lines of something like these examples: Any Twin Cities local that likes to cut in at the last moment when going from 394 to 94. The St. Paul Pedestrian that feels the need to cross the street right when motorists are approaching. The AM communter that hits the breaks to get a solid view of the flashing lights on the side
