Let That Dead Horse Be

When I read this it struck me in 2 different ways… my first reaction was this is a pretty cool saying; however, my quick second thought was… that this was an indicator that you may be keeping something that has ended with you, longer than you should.  Perhaps each of my thoughts are correct… wait, each of my thoughts is correct, because they are mine; however, I must dig deeper. In truth, I sort of like this, yet, that second thought has me wondering if this is truly something to regard as cool or if I should be dismissing this…
