What Snaps My Binder!

I cannot remember the person that used the phrase:  Snap a binder; however, I’ve fallen in love with it.  Here are a few situations that ‘snap my binder’! Motorists that slow down to gawk at a routine traffic stop.  I definitely understand safety for the Officers; however, move to the far left lane and keep going. Kids/Young Adults that say:  I respect those that respect me first.  I remember putting 2 kids face to face and asking them… how is this going to work?  In the end, they sort of understood that it was impossible… Pants that hang down….
