This was taken right after picking up a perch from the lake… there was a Seagull that ‘thought’ it had a meal; however, the powerful gusts made by an Eagle’s wings indicated to the Seagull that it should drop the fish.  It did. I’ve shot this Eagle for several years now, I’ve named her Sally and I can always tell which one she is by the park in her left wing.  It could be that “Sally” is a “Sam” but, as far as I know… she’s Sally to me!
